Police reveals the cause of fire outbreak in the City House Building

Uganda police has revealed the cause of the fire outbreak in the city house building today morning.

The fire caught the whole building and some of the people that were already in for work were seen escaping through windows to avoid being suffocated.

The fire escalated further because the police fire department supposed to put out fire delayed and there was nothing to do about it.

Local people with some that have business in the building were seen trying to put out fire themselves. They were using buckets of cold water pouring in the fire.

Everyone has been wondering why and how the fire came to be in that building early morning.

According to Uganda police, the fire came from the restaurant that left the gas cylinder on and it got overheated hence busting and causing fire.

“One of the buildings, operating as a restaurant, experienced overheating of the gas cylinders, leading to a gas leak and subsequently resulting in a fire outbreak,” Uganda Police said

It should be noted that most buildings around the city house building have closed.
