Self-exiled Ugandan Pastor Franklin Mondo Mugisha is plotting to meet Kisiyaga boy, Joel Ssepuya, an actor with the Ebonies.
Ssepuya currently stays in Paris, France, where he pries his trade as a Kisiyaga escort.
Mondo has been stalking Ssepuya on social media to the extent of commenting on his videos and he is doing everything possible to meet him.
In a TikTok chat with Sepuya, Mondo poured out his heart and declared his desire to meet him.
In a chat, Mondo is heard using the sweetest words to describe his admiration for Ssepuya and even offers to fly to France to meet him.
However, Ssepuya assures Mondo that he doesn’t have to fly to Paris, he can meet him in Texas, USA, where Mondo is currently based.
It should be recalled that Mondo fled Uganda in 2020 to evade arrest after he was named as one of the suspects in a multibillion scam that involved Pastor Siraje Ssemanda, singer Catherine Kusasira, Maggie Kayima aka Nabbi Omukazi, among others.
Mondo, Kusasira, Kayima and Ssemanda were accused together with others of allegedly fleecing over Shs4.5Bn from unsuspecting believers from various churches who they promised bursaries for their children to study abroad, a promise they never fulfilled.
