Swangz Avenue songstress, Winnie Nakanwagi aka Winnie Nwagi is fuming after bouncers refused her to enter Club Illusion at Acacia.
Nwagi who was in accompany of three friends, suffered a shock of their lives after bouncers ordered them to pay 15k as entrance fee.
Being a star, Nwagi thought she would use her face value only to be told that the boss issued an ultimatum that each reveler must pay entrance fee. She tried calling the owner in vain.
An eye witness blamed Nwagi for embarrassing herself saying she should respect other people’s businesses.
We all know Nwagi is a star but she must respect people’s business, showing up with over 5 people and you want them to be excused of the entrance fee is absurd. The manager declined her requests. She even made calls but no one cared to listenWinnie Nwagi
As usual, Nwagi took her rant on Snapchat. She wondered how such a club could deny her entry yet they play her music every time.
She argued that all artists have a right to walk into any night hangout free of charge and be given special treatment while there.
She blasted local business owners who charge local artists entry fees and pamper international artists with VIP treats whenever they visit their bars.
She vowed never to step a foot in Club Illusion until they work on their celebrity policies.
This is not the first time revelers have suffered embarrassment at Club Illusion over their strict policies.
Several revelers over the years have been bounced from Illusion over their dress code, age, appearance, among other things.
After spending years thrilling revelers with hit songs, Winnie Nwagi finally held her maiden concert at Cricket Oval, Lugogo on September 9.
