Pia Pounds On Why She Snubbed London Concert, Promoter To Drag Her To Court

Richmond promotions are threatening to drag singer, Tracy Kirabo aka Pia Pounds to court for failing to turn up for the new year’s concert in London.

Pia was booked to perform alongside Chosen Becky, Rabadaba, Fik Fameica and Irene Namatovu at a show dubbed ‘New Year’s Bank Holiday Weekend Party’ that took place in London on January 1st at Royal Regency Hall.

Other artists made it London but Pia did not show up. Richmond promotions spokesperson said they are planning a legal action saying they paid for each and everything that Pia Pounds needed to travel to London for the show but she failed to turn up.

The promoter says Pia Pounds wasted a lot of their money having booked for her tickets twice for her travel but she was no where to be seen.

According to Pia, the allegation that she pocketed the promoters money and failed to show up is not true. She clarifies that promoter and her managers failed to come to terms.

She has also threatened to sue for defamation if Richmond Promotions continue dragging her name into the mud.

She however apologized to her fans in London and Europe who were anxiously waiting to see her.
