Ssuuna Ben Vanishes From NBS TV After New Fat Offer From Bukedde

DJ Ssuuna Ben has made a U-turn, ditched Next Media (NBS TV) and decided to settle with Bukedde FM after receiving massive deal from Vision Group.

At the beginning of this month, Next Media raided several media houses in a move that was aimed at beefing up Sanyuka TV, NBS TV and Nxt Radio.

They fished Ann Taylor from Bukedde TV, Precious Remmie from Spark TV, Ssuuna Ben from Bukedde FM among many others.

Next Media bosses managed to convince Ssunna Ben and even met him at Media Park, pending to sign a deal.

As they unveiled others, Ssuuna Ben went AWOL leaving Next Media bosses in confused.

A close friend intimated to us that after learning that Ssunna Ben met Next Media Service CEO, Kin Kariisa, a board meeting at Vision Group sat and insisted the ‘Ebinyanyanyanya’ maestro was going nowhere.

They summoned and promised him a fat salary increment effective, October this year. Ssuuna who was supposed to sign a deal with Next Media, changed his mind.

Finally our snoops managed to land on the letter dated September 27, 2022 from Vision Group offering him an increment.

Ssuuna Ben who presents an evening show on Bukedde FM dubbed ‘Washing Bay’ is now among the most influential media personalities in the country.

He formed a strong partnership with Mbazira Tony staging ‘Ebinyanyanyanya’ shows across the country.

Ssunna Ben is multi-talented. He started as a karaoke singer in Masaka, joined Buddu FM and later signed with Bukedde FM.

In an interview with MC Ibrah, Ssuuna revealed he always wanted to work for two media stations; Bukedde FM and CBS FM. He disclosed that he was called up and signed a deal without doing an interview.
