Actor In ‘Kony: Orders From Above’ Film, Ayeny Steve Reported To Police After Disappearing With Rent Arrears

Ayeny T. Steven, an upcoming Ugandan Film maker and an actor in film ‘Kony: Order From Above’ is being hunted by police after disappearing from a rental in Kireka with unpaid rent arrears mounting to 13.2m.

It is said that Ayeny took advantage of the Coronavirus lockdown, packed his belongings and disappeared without paying the generous landlord who has allowed him stay in his house for this long.

After taking off, Ayeny is alleged to have blocked the landlord on WhatsApp and that’s when the generous man became suspicious and found the house empty on May 1st.

Ayeny also rumoured to have ran away with house keys and left unpaid bill of 330k.

The Landlord reported the matter to the police and pleading with whoever knows his whereabouts to notify him.
