Undisputed Ugandan Bodybuilder, Ivan Byekwaso Set To Marry German Lover

The five-time Mr Uganda Bodybuilding champion, Ivan Byekwaso is set walk down the aisle with German girlfriend, Victoria Bechtold.

Byekwaso, 37,  who relocated to Germany four years ago after competing for Uganda in the 2016 INBA World Championships in Budapest, Hungary plans to wed Victoria Bechtold next year.

In 2018, he was rumoured dead while in prison after his then estranged girlfriend framed him for rape for which he was imprisoned.

But after spending a few months behind bars, Byekwaso was set free after it was established that the rape allegations against him were not true, which prompted the police to instead lock up his then-girlfriend.

After overcoming that episode, Byekwaso, who had competed in some local events in Germany, settled down and got a permanent job as a fitness Studio in Munich.

He then met his current girlfriend with whom they are set to tie the knot.

The couple is expecting their first child with any time before the end of this year.
