Swengere Disowns Partner, Mayor Kasolo Over NUP

Jinja based comedian, Hussein Muyonjo Ibanda alias Swengere has publicly disowned his long term comedy partner and newly elected Jinja City Mayor, Kasolo Peter Okocha.
Swengere took to his Facebook account and disclosed that he no longer works with Kasolo and urged the public that whoever has any issue regarding Kasolo, to contact him personally.

For so long many people have been asking me about the news going around about Me and Mr. Kasolo, although I had chosen to be silent about this issue but it has come to my notice that it’s for the better for me to open up about this issue, I want to take this opportunity to inform the general public that I nolonger have any connections with Mr. Kasolo and for any official mayor related issues kindly get in touch with Mr. Kasolo personally. I will not disclose any further details concerning the reasons why I nolonger work with Mr. Kasolo. I personally wish my brother all the best on his new walk of life until we meet again. For anyone who is offended with my decision I am sorry but in life we ought to make radical decisions.
Our foot soldiers have been told that Swengere decided to part ways with his long term comedy partner after he discovered that Kasolo has been in contact with the ruling government and Gen. Salim Saleh.
It is said that Kasolo met President Museveni and even traveled to Gulu to meet Gen Salim Saleh, a thing which Swengere termed as betraying the struggle.
Kasolo contested on National unity Platform (NUP) ticket and won the Jinja mayoral race with overwhelming votes.
Swengere and Kasolo have been secretly beefing; their audio skit which was airing on Baba FM at the top of the hour is no more.
Swengere and his other comedy partners, Kalibala among others are concentrating on visual skits that are making buzz on TVs, YouTube and social media.
Mayor Kasolo Peter Okocha is yet to comment on the matter.
