Sipapa Camps In Tororo, Vows Bobi Wine Will Not Enter His Home Town

November 17, 2020

City socialite, Charles Olim aka Sipapa has camped in Tororo and vowed that National Unity Platform (NUP) presidential candidate, Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine will not enter his home town.

Sipapa, a renown NRM mobiliser has been causing chaos in Kampala by passing through Kamwokya near NUP offices.

He did it twice which sparked off the shooting. He was arrested and later released by the police on bond.

Sipapa has warned Bobi Wine several times that he can handle him by himself after witnessing the NUP leader involved in scuffle with the security operatives.

Now he is camped in Tororo and in a video, he is seen mobilising the youth before posting on his Facebook page, “I repeat Mr. Struggle aka Bobi wine u will not enter Tororo Town”.

Bobi Wine is currently campaigning in Northern Uganda and expected to hold a rally in Tororo today.

The electoral commission approves each candidate’s campaign routes to avoid rival parties meeting in one place like it was the case in Arua in August 2018 which left Bobi WIne’s driver, Kawuma Yasin dead.

If Sipapa is organising his boys in Tororo to stop Bobi Wine from entering the town, we anticipate chaos.

NRM Electoral Commission chairperson Dr. Tanga Odoi has also said they will not allow Bobi Wine to hold a rally in Tororo.
