Pherrie Kimbugwe: Ex-Guvnor, WBS TV Employee Is Dead

RIP: Pherrie Kimbugwe
The entertainment industry and bars/night clubs fraternity woke up in shock after learning that Pherrie Kimbugwe passed on. Pherrie died this morning after a long battle with Cancer.
Pherrie worked with Club Guvnor for a longtime as Public Relations manager and also served as Marketing Manager of the defunct WBS Television.
She dated singer OS Suna before dumping him and moved in with Abdul Lubwama aka Mr Lubs in December 2013. The pair, however, parted ways in 2018.
Apart from Guvnor gig, Pherrie had a salon in town named ‘HP Beauty Spot’.
She was a good-hearted woman and will be missed dearly.
May her soul Rest in Eternal Peace.
