KCCA FC Release Midfielder Ibrahim Sadam Juma

A week after parting ways with striker, Erisa Sekisambu, KCCA FC have released midfielder, Ibrahim Saddam Juma as they continue to shape squad ahead of 2020/21 season.

Through their KCCA FC show on Sanyuka TV, the Lugogo based club thanked Saddam Juma for his good work towards the club and wished him the best in his next destination.

Saddam Juma joined KCCA FC in May 2017 from Express FC and he signed a three-year deal with them.

He scored on his debut against Moroccan side FUS Rabat in CAF Confederation Cup on July 17, 2017 in the game KCCA FC won 3-1.

Juma during his tenure at Express FC

Saddam Juma also became the first Ugandan player to score a CAF Champions League goal on Ugandan soil when he scored the first goal in KCCA’s 2-0 win against Al Ahly at Mandela National Stadium Namboole in 2018.

He also scored in the inaugural Pilsner Super 8 final against Onduparaka, a game KCCA FC won 2-0 in August 2018.

Besides KCCA FC, Saddam Juma also played for Cray Wanderers in England, Sài Gòn Xuân Thành in Vietnam, Vipers SC and Express FC.

Saddam Juma has been linked to a move to Sam Ssimbwa’s URA FC as well as his former club Express FC.
