Ibrah K Mukasa relocated from Uganda and settled abroad in search of greener pastures, leaving his YouTube Partners stranded.
After leaving Star FM, Ibrah secured himself a well paying gig at Spark TV – presenting a show dubbed ‘Koona’. These days, Kheem GK who has taken over his role as the new show host.
Together with his buddies from UBC; Keith Kanabi, Edris Lukwago and Oga Promo, they started a YouTube channel ‘Wolokoso Mu Ug Extra’, which has been performing well.
However, Ibrah felt he was not making progress and decided to leave the country. He first sent his children abroad and since last year, he has been traveling a lot; Israel, Dubai, USA, Canada among other countries.
Last month, Ibrah together with his family decided to settle for Canada and have no plans of coming back to Uganda soon. The viewership on ‘Wolokoso Mu Ug Extra’ is dropping terribly because viewers were used to him.
His partners are stranded and of late they resorted to Fatia Luggya to do interviews but she can’t match Ibrah’s experience.
Ibrah K Mukasa is not the first celebrity to relocate from Uganda. Isaac Kawalya Kaiyz left NBS TV and settled in the USA. Kapalaga left Radio Simba, he is now in the USA. Flavia Namulindwa quit Bukedde TV and settled in the US.
