Gossipmonger, Kayz Quits Sanyuka TV

Gossipmonger, Kawalya Isaac aka Kayz has quit Sanyuka TV following series of unfortunate events that happened last year.

In October, Isaac Kawalya a.k.a Kayz, Williams Makuliro a.k.a Mako, and Brian Kennedy Wako were paraded before the Buganda Road chief magistrate over remarks they made against singer, OS Suna on Sanyuka TV ‘Morning Express’ and remanded to Kitalya Prison. They were later released on bond.

As if this was not enough, last December, Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) rubbed salt in their wounds and ordered Sanyuka TV ‘Morning Express’ program to retract statements made against Singer, OS Suna and host him on the same program to give his side of the story.

This annoyed Kayz and colleagues who saw this as a demeaning.

But the main reason for quitting ‘Morning Express’ program is he wants to concentrate on NBS TV ‘UnCut’ gossip show after untimely departure of Anna Talia Oze. Anna quit because of family commitments after UCC ordered all Gossip programs to air between 10pm to 5am.

With Anna Talia Oze gone, Kayz was named official ‘UnCut’ co-host alongside Zahara Totto.

We have been told that Sandra, a field reporter for Uncut, is expected to replace Kayz on ‘Morning Express’.
