Former Yanga FC forward, Juma Balinya has completed his move to Kenyan Premier League cub, Gor Mahia FC.

Balinya has signed a two-year contract with the K’Ogalo, with an option for a further year.

He is expected to fill the void left by Ivorian striker Gislain Yikpe who defected to Yanga from Gor Mahia earlier. Yikpe abandoned Gor for the Dar es Salaam side after going months without pay as well.

Balinya is expected to make his debut for his new side when they visit third-placed Kakamega Home Boys on Sunday, January 12th.

He has played for Vipers FC, Lweza FC and Uganda Police FC in Uganda, finishing as the top scorer in the 2018/2019 season with 19 goals in the Uganda Premier League with Police FC.
