DONE DEAL: Allan Okello Completes Transfer To Paradou From KCCA FC

Allan Okello has signed for Algerian side, Paradou from KCCA FC.

Okello joins Paradou for a reported US$200,000 putting pen to paper on a four-year deal that also guarantees KCCA FC to a 20% forward sale in the future.

Okello who traveled to Algiers at the end of last week has already trained with the side as a few details were being concluded.

It’s through a twitter handle believed to be run by the club (Paradou AC Best Team in Africa) that the player’s arrival was confirmed along with details of unveiling him soon.

“Allan Okello is already in Algeria, he took part in training at the Paradou Tessala el Merdja training complex, he will soon be officially presented as a new player of Paradou,” a statement on Paradou’s twitter handle read.

Paradou FC plays in the top flight of the Algerian Football League and earned promotion in 2017 after a 10-year hiatus.

They also played in the CAF Confederations Cup, going on to eliminate KCCA FC to book a spot in the group stages of the competition.

Paradou owns a state of the art academy and is known for grooming young talents and selling them to Europe.

Allan Okello came through the junior ranks of KCCA FC and went on to make over 100 appearances scoring over 45 goals and guiding the club to two league titles, two domestic cups, and the CECAFA Kagame Cup.
