Coronavirus Bites Hard As Promoter, Balaam Postpones Two Big Events

The Pandemic COVID-19/Coronavirus continues to hurt economy, business and events Worldwide!

Today, Promoter, Balaam Barugahara has painfully announced the postponement of his two big events; All stars Africa -French Legends v Cranes Legends match on March 22 at Nambole Stadium and the Johnnie Walker Sponsored Live Concert on March 28th at Sheraton Hotel featuring the World’s best French Live Band Kassav and Vegedream.

Balaam says the decision has been taken in the spirit of Protecting humanity and in the Midst of the World wide Spread of Corona Virus-Covid 19 Pandemic.

It should be remembred that most countries have banned gatherings and most football leagues in Europe have been suspended over Coronavirus scare.

Powered by #FrenchEmbassyinUganda ,has been Painfully Postponed.This decision has been taken in the spirit of Protecting humanity and in the Midst of the World wide Spread of Corona Virus-Covid 19 Pademic. Though no Single Case been Confirmed or reported in Uganda ,This decision has been taken as a precaution .

You may be aware that Most major Sports activities, Conferences & gatherings across the Global have been put on hold for the same reasons.

Quite Much has been invested in the Activities by the French Embassy ,MTN UGANDA, Guiness,Next Media Group ,Balaam Marketing, UTB & Radio4 but Preservation of Life Precedes all else .

In the Same Spirit ,We wish to inform the Public that the Johnnie walker Sponsored Live Concert due on 28th March 2020 @Sheraton featuring the World’s best French Live Band Kassav and Vegedream has also been Postponed.

Another date for the Match and Live Band performances will be communicated in due course.
