Artiste Adam Mulwana announced dead

Artiste Adam Mulwana has been announced dead by his family members on social media.

He was famously known by his campaign song of Dr Kizza Besigye Life known as Toka kwabalabala.

Adam Mulwana is said to have been sick for some years struggling with stomach issues ever since 2017.

In his interviews with some YouTubersz Adam Mulwana said his doctors had told him that he swallowed poison.

He didn’t know who gave him the poison but he was trying to get medication to cleanse his body and flash out all he had in his blood.

It was an expensive procedure and the singer was already crying that he doesn’t have enough money to keep treating him.

His family hasn’t revealed what exactly caused his death and the details of his burial haven’t been announced anywhere.
