City tycoon, Hamis Kiggundu is regretting for encroaching on Lake Victoria as water levels threaten to drown his multi-billion mansion.

As we speak, most encroachers are counting losses after lake Victoria waters increased in volume, submerging the lower sorrounding areas.

For Ham, the constructors entered some meters in Lake Victoria and erected the wall to block water from drowning his Kawuku home.

But the angry Lake Victoria is out to punish him and water has already encroached on his mansion.

Ham is not the only encroacher counting losses, Lake Victoria Serena, Kigo are also in tears after water submerged their lower part of the Golf Course section.

Recently the Uganda National Meteorological Authority warned that Uganda is likely to receive heavy rains and warned people in disaster hit areas to be prepared.
