This month has been a disaster to Link Bus Services owners after series of misfortunes.
On May 4, 23 people perished in a fatal accident involving one of Link Bus on Fort Portal-Kyenjojo road. This forced Works and Transport minister, Gen Edward Katumba Wamala to suspend Link Bus operations and later lifted the suspension on May 16.
Two days after buses had resumed operations, Link Bus Reg. No UBD 269A Scania which was travelling from Kasese District to Kampala, caught fire at Wakaliga traffic lights in Natete at around 10pm.
On Friday, May 20, robbers put an illegal road block and robbed Link Bus Services registration number UBG 423G along the Kampala-Mubende highway in Mityana District.
The incident happened at 2am at Bamujugu swamp at the border of Mityana and Kassanda Districts.
All this happened in this month. As usual netizens started speculating that they are mafias behind Link Bus Services woes while others stated that it was just misfortune.
However, blogger, Bakiga Facts today uploaded a video of a witchdoctor casting bad spell on Link Bus Service staff uniform. It is believed he is the one who has been behind Link Bus Service misfortunes.
