Diamond Platnumz’s dad, Mzee Abdul Juma, has responded to talks about his son not taking good care of him.

This comes after news circulated on social media indicating that he was not enjoying the same luxury life accorded to the singer, his mum and siblings.

In an interview with a Tanzanian media outlet, Abdul noted it was normal in life for a son not to provide for his father and maybe God did not plan it that way. He added that if he passed away, it is not a must for his son to bury him as other people could do it.

He tried to soften his thoughts saying this might be possible because maybe the singer could be out of the country on tour or maybe in TZ but busy.

“I have faith that when I leave it’s not a must he burry me as I’m a man of the people and I can get laid to rest by other people. He could be out of the country or not around but not get a chance to do so,” he said.

Appearing to bless the Bongo star but also pronouncing a curse, Abdul asked God to continue blessing him but hoped that he doesn’t get an offspring that is different from his clan.

He said history will still hold that he was the singer’s dad and hoped Diamond may not have to regret one day not valuing his own blood hence cry about it.

As much as he seemed to pronounce a blessing, the words were treated by the Jeje hitmaker’s fans as a subtle way of saying the opposite and hoped that it does happen.

This comes just days after Mama Dangote defended his son over criticism from many about Diamond not offering the same luxury to his flesh and blood.
