AGAIN! Sipapa Thrown Out Of House Over Rent Arrears

Landlord has thrown tycoon, Charles Olim a.k.a Sipapa out of his rental in Namugongo, over failure to clear seven months arrears.

Pictures obtained by our website from a heavily guarded premise, show Sipapa’s property being loaded on a truck after the landlord secured Court bailiffs and police protection to evict the self proclaimed tycoon.

Sipapa had rented a house for studio and agreed with his boys to pay rent which they failed to do leading to eviction.

Sipapa is popularly known for splashing cash and cruising expensive rides around town.

This is not the first time Sipapa has been evicted from rentals; In September 2018, Sipapa was detained at Kira Police Station over assaulting a one Alex Bongole, a Spark TV Journalist who was taking pictures of him when he (Sipapa) was being evicted from his house over rent arrears.

Four months back, a landlady known as Sarah Namukasa ordered him to vacate her house after the NRM mobiliser failed to foot the bills.
