Gloria Mutoni, the wife to Fire Base Vice President, Bukenya Ali aka Nubian Li is beaming with joy after winning Councillor LC 3 seat in Kyanja Parish.
Mutoni who contested on NUP ticket, defeated her rivals hands down without the support of her husband, Nubian Li who is still languishing in prison.
The mother of three will now dully be serving and representing the residents of Kyanja at Wakiso Division as she has set her sight to steer her residents to greater developments.
In related development, singer, Kawuki Denis aka Dr Bitone who was contesting on NUP ticket for Makindye Luwafu parish Councillor LC 3 seat, flopped badly and lost.
Bitone took to his Facebook page and blamed his flopping on the mafia system.
