Newcastle consider making an offer for Arturo Vidal

Mundo Deportivo have reported that Newcastle are considering making an offer for Barcelona midfielder Arturo Vidal.

The 32-year-old could be interested in a move to St.James’ Park if the club replace Steve Bruce Maximiliano Allegri as manager.

Staying at Camp Nou, Arturo Vidal has been linked heavily with a move to Inter. However, Mundo Deportivo reports Manchester United and Newcastle United are also interested in the midfielder.

Apparently, Newcastle would be the frontrunners if the Premier League club manage to appoint Massimiliano Allegri, who coached Vidal at Juventus.
