KCCA FC left wingback, Mustafa Kizza’s move to Moroccan side Hassania Union Sport Agadir has collapsed.
Kizza left for Morocco on Tuesday to undergo a medical before the two clubs could announce but the north African club told KCCA last afternoon they received communication from their FA halting any more transfers.
High sources at KCCA confirmed to us saying “Agadir were notified late that they had exhausted their transfers according to their financial fair play rules.”

Kizza will now meet his agent and agree on way forward, but the player is expected to return to KCCA on a short term contract before they can try elsewhere, most likely Switzerland.
Both Kizza, 20, and Okello missed KCCA’s opening two games of the StarTimes Uganda Premier League second round against Mbarara City and Bright Stars through, according to manager Mike Mutebi, injuries and illness.
The pair were crucial in the club’s two league titles and continental strides under Mutebi.

In the related development, Allan Okello could be a Paradou AC player as early as this weekend if all goes as scripted.
The gifted KCCA youngster leaves for Algeria today to undergo a medical before completing the anticipated move.
