April 10, 2020

Silent Turkey-based Ugandan businessman, Don Anthony Mugabi has donated four tons of food to Ugandan under Coronavirus quarantine.

When President Museveni ordered for the lockdown, businesses shut down and since most Ugandans are hand to mouth earners, they were left stuck in their homes.

In an effort to provide them with basic needs, government and well wishers are contributing items ranging from cars, food and money.

Don Mugabi also took the initiative to help Ugandans and has donated two tons of Beans and two tons of posho to Ugandans through the Ministry of Health that were delivered a few hours ago.

Mugabi who is known to many as a socialite has on several occasions come out to help some Ugandans who use social and local media to seek financial help.

Mugabi has helped several Ugandans;  A 12-year-old boy in Kawempe who was taking care of his family after their parents abandoned them.

He also contributed to singer Evelyn Lagu’s medication who was bedridden weeks before the President asked her to be taken to Nakasero Hospital.
