Former Miss Uganda Stella Nantumbwe, popularly known as Ellah is engaged.
Ellah who featured in Second Chance with the likes of Roger Mugisha announced the good news through her Instagram account.
“Of course I said yes,” a caption on the photos reads.
Ellah went ahead and posted ten photos of of the Décor but shared no single photo of the man.
Stella Nantumbwe was crowned Miss Uganda 2013/14.
