Singer, Cinderella Sanyu Munyonjo aka Cindy has drawn the line between music and friendship after she snubbed fellow artists at her wedding ceremony.

Most celebrities always invite other celebrities at their parties be birthdays but wasn’t the case with the King Herself the moment she started dating her husband Joel Atiku Okuyo Prynce.

When Okuyo visited Cindy’s parents in ‘Kukyala’ ceremony on May 30th, no artist attended.

In her preparations for the introduction ceremony, the ‘Boom party’ singer travelled to Serere district with the little known friends and relatives and no artist attended the function on December 5th.

On Saturday, December 11th, Cindy and Okuyo wedded at St. Stephen’s Church in Kisugu in the absence of fellow artists. She even snubbed Uganda Musicians Association (UMA) committee which she heads as the president.

In an interview, The King herself said she stopped associating with slay queens the moment she got a man.

I distanced myself from some slay queens and musicians. I know you are wondering why I invited a few of them to my wedding. That’s because I changed my circle of friends and this has helped shape my life for the better

Cindy said during wedding speech.

In the past, Cindy used to social and had a group of close friends but not many were seen at her wedding.
