CABINET RESHUFFLE: Balaam Barugahale, Gen Muhoozi Land Big Roles In Government

The President of Uganda H.E Yoweri Kaguta Museveni dropped and elected new ministers yesterday.
The first son Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba and events promoter Balaam Barugahale are among those that won big.
Balaam has been working with President Museveni for so many years. He is now working with Gen Muhoozi in his project something that still keeps him closer to the first family.
He hasn’t been political and selecting him as the state minister came as the surprise to so many.
He replaced Agnes Nandutu who is now left without any ministerial position in the current government.
