BUL FC Sack Head Coach, Peter Onen And His Technical Staff

BUL Football club have parted ways with head coach Peter Onen and his technical team following a calamitous run of results.

Onen was appointed as the head coach on 1st September 2018 replacing Kefa Kisala who had resigned from the same role.

The Jinja side lost all their three games in the UPL second round before being bundled out of the Uganda Cup exit at the hands of Mvara Boys on penalties on Friday evening.

The soft-spoken coach oversaw BUL’s impressive first half of the season where they finished third on the table with 29 points from the 15 games played. They now sit fifth with the same number of points.

He leaves the club together with his assistant Hussein Kheri Ali, Technical Director Frank Video Anyau and Abu Kigenyi the goalkeeping coach.

U-17 BUL FC Junior team coach Dan Kabaale will be temporarily charge of the club until further notice.

The Jinja side will face Wakiso Giants on Wednesday 29th before taking on rivals Busoga United in the Jinja derby on 1st February.
