Alex Isabirye Named Kyetume Head coach, Jackson Mayanja Promoted

Alex Isabirye Musongola yesterday started work as Kyetume Head Coach replacing Jackson ‘Miya Miya’ Mayanja who was elevated to the position of technical director.

Isabirye conducted a double session training held at Hilton High School Mukono Playgrounds.

For the first half of the 2019-2020 season, Isabirye was coaching FUFA Big League side Nyamityobora FC in Mbarara.

Isabirye who has previously coached Kyetume Fc, will be assisted by David Mutono.

He previously coached BUL FC, URA FC, Kyetume FC, Kirinya Jinja SS, Soana FC (now Tooro United) and Nyamityobora FC.

His task id to save Kyetume from relegation this season.

Kyetume FC are currently 12th on the Uganda Premier League table with 22 points garnered in 20 games.

Isabirye’s first game in charge will be a home contest against his former paymasters URA FC on Saturday 8th February, 2020.
