Turkey Super Lig club, Konyaspor have loaned Farouk Miya to Turkish second tier club, MKE Ankaragucu.

The loan move means Miya will spend the last year of his Konyaspor contract at MKE Ankaragucu.

Since pre-season started, Miya has not been with the club as he finalised paper work to seal the loan move.

We have learnt that Konyaspor sent Miya on loan in exchange to land Endri Cekici from MKE Ankaragucu.

Ankaragucu have been searching for an offensive midfielder and Miya has emerged as their final option.

In two seasons Miya spent with Konyaspor, he played 45 matches, scored 8 goals and assisted his team three times.

Miya joined Konyaspor in August 2019 on a three year contract following an impressive 2018-19 season with Croatian side HNK Gorica.

The former Vipers starman has also featured for FK Sebail in Azerbaijan and Belgian sides Standard Liege and Royal Excel Mouscron.

His new club MKE Ankaragucu FC competes in the Turkish second tier after suffering relegation from the topflight last season and hosts league at the Eryaman Stadium, coached by Hikmet Karaman.
