SC Villa Sign Striker, Isaac Ogwang To Replace Bashir Mutanda

16-time Uganda Premier League winners, SC Villa yesterday unveiled striker Isaac “Falcao” Ogwang as their latest signing ahead of the 2020/21 season.

Ogwang who was brough in as a replacement for now Mbrarara City FC striker, Bashir Mutanda, signed a two-year contract with the Jogoos.

Ogwang was handed shirt number 11 which was previously occupied by Ambrose Kirya before joining BUL FC last month.

Ogwang previously played for Friends Soccer Academy Lugazi, Spartans FC and Kampala Junior Team (KJT) in the lower divisions.

He also featured for Bugerere, Gomba and Buddu in the Masaza Cup tournament as well as St. Lawrence University in the University Football League.

He also played for Risah Standard Lugazi and Masaka SS in the National Post Primaries.

SC Villa coached by Edward Kaziba, have so far signed goalkeepers Meddie Kibirige, Martin Ssenkooto, midfielders Geoffrey Gofin Oyirwoth and Muhammad and left-back Andrew Kiwanuka.
