Uganda Cranes Players training ahead of South Africa clash

Uganda Cranes interim head coach Abdallah Mubiru has named Uganda Cranes best eleven team that will start the International friendly against South Africa this evening.

The Match will be played at Orlando Stadium in Soweto at 7pm.

South African-based players, goalkeeper Ismael Watenga (Chippa United) and midfielder, Moses Waiswa Ndhondhi (SuperSport United) joined the team and have been included in the starting line up.

Ismail Watenga who returns to the national team for the first time since 2016 (CHAN in Rwanda), will start in goal.

Emmanuel Okwi will lead the team for the first time since he was named the captain, replacing Denis Onyango who retired in April.

Abdallah Mubiru assisted by Livingston Mbabazi have opted for a 4-3-3 formation.
