Hours after nomination, Lt. Gen. Kainerugaba Muhoozi told his old friend, Bobi Wine that he cannot intimidate them and warned that if he wants to fight, they will simply defeat him after the NUP leader tried to resist arrest and security orders.

After seeing Muhoozi’s tweet, an angry Bobi Wine who spent the whole day battling with the police responded by reminding him that this country belongs to Ugandans not him and his father.
“Only cowards & weak men boast of violence! You should be ashamed. Ours is a non-violent call for action. You know that in a free & fair election, your father the old tyrant, would be no more. This country belongs to Ugandans, not you and your father. You will soon understand that”, Bobi responded to Gen. Muhoozi in a tweet.
