Thiago Alcantara rejected Barcelona offer for Liverpool move

Thiago Alcantara turned down the chance to go back to Barcelona this summer.
The midfielder was determined to leave Bayern Munich, and the Germans were happy to let him go, as he had a year left on his contract.
A move to Liverpool always seemed the most likely, and it is where he ended up signing.
But The Guardian claims Barca tried to lure him back, after making a late bid.
However, they did not convince the player, as he had set his heart on Jurgen Klopp‘s team and the Premier League.
