Rev Christopher Threatens To Drag Ntagali To Court For Chewing His wife, Demands 500m

Rev Christopher Tugumehabwe has threatened to drag the former the Archbishop of Uganda, Stanley Ntagali to court for bonking wife, Tukamuhabwa Judith into cabbage.

Rev Christopher married Tukamuhabwa Judith on December 15th, 2018 and on December 8th, last year, his wife petitioned for divorce before the Chief Magistrates Court of Kabale at Kabale on the ground of ‘Cruelty’.

Ntagali is alleged to have sired a child with Tukamuhabwa.

Through his lawyers, Bikangiso & Co. Advocates, Rev Christopher demands a whooping Shs500m from Ntagali for allegedly encouraging and advising Tukamuhabwa to seek divorce.

In the letter accessed by this website, the lawyers say Ntagali‘s unbecoming, sinful and unlawful conducts damaged their client’s dignity, caused marriage breakdown, stress, trauma, embarrassment, loss of privacy, loss of job as a lecturer at Bishop Barham University College – Kabale and have minimal chances to rise in the clergy ranks.

“We represent the respondent/Cross petitioner Rev. Christopher Tugumehabwe herein after referred to as “our Client’ and on whose express instructions, we address you as herein under.

Our Client celebrated a church marriage with his wife, Tukamuhabwa Judith on the 15th day of December, 2018.

On the 8th day of December, 2020, our client’s wife petitioned for divorce before the Chief Magistrates Court of Kabale at Kabale on the ground of ‘Cruelty’.

It has come to our client’s knowledge that you encouraged, advised and ensured that our client’s wife petitions for divorce.

We have also recently learnt from various media platforms of the fact that, you admitted to having committed an offense of adultery with our client’s wife. In addition we overwhelming video and audio evidence in proof of the same.

Your unbecoming, sinful and unlawful conducts have occasioned our client’s general damages to wit-loss of dignity, marriage breakdown, stress, trauma, embarrassment, loss of privacy loss of job as a lecturer at Bishop Barham University College and minimal chances to rise in the clergy ranks.

WHEREFORE we hereby make the following demands;

(a) Pay a sum of Ugx.500,000,000 as damages occasioned to our client.

(b) Pay a sum of 30,000,000 as costs incurred so far in divorce cause No.5/2/2020 by and to our client.

(c) Formerly apologize in person to our client (See Mathew 5:22-24)

SHOULD YOU fail to comply with the above demands made therein within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of this notice, we have been given “green light” by our client to drag you to court at your own cost, detriment, further embarrassment, and peril.”

Last week on Thursday afternoon while at St. Paul’s Cathedral, Namirembe as the Church of Uganda marked 60 years of self-governance, Ntagali apologised for having committed adultery and asked Rev Christopher and Tukahuhabwa to forgive him.

“I ask Rev Christopher, his wife Judith to forgive me. I want to focus on eternity because one day, i will stand before the Lord to account for my life”, Ntagali publicly asked for forgiveness.
