Patriko Mujuuka has returned to Central Broadcasting Services (CBS FM) after flopping in the recent concluded parliamentary elections.

In October last year, an emotional Mujuuka who was hosting weekly program ‘Mukeeze’ and ‘Musanyusa’, bid farewell to his fellow employees, fans, and sponsors after 17 years of service at the Bulange-based Buganda Kingdom station to concentrate on politics.

Patriko Mujuuka had set eyes on representing the people of Nakifuma county to oust National Resistance Movement (NRM) candidate, Robert Kafeero Sekitoleko but lost to National Unity Platform (NUP) flag bearer, Ssimbwa Fred. Mujuuka wanted the NUP flag but was snubbed by the vetting committee in favour of businessman, Ssimbwa Fred.

After months pondering his next move, the seasoned actor and radio personality is back to what he does best; radio presentation.

We have been informed that after losing the election, CBS FM management approached Mujuuka and asked him to return since he was pulling a host of advertisers for them.

Mujuuka is now back from ‘leave’ to do his old usual programs.

Since the NUP president, Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu aka Bobi Wine won the Kyadondo East by-election in 2017, many celebrities got inspired to join politics.
