My IQ Is Higher Than His – Ragga Dee Tells Jose Chameleone To Back Him For Kampala Lord Mayor Seat

Veteran musician, Daniel Kazibwe aka Ragga Dee has confirmed he will run for Kampala Lord Mayor seat in 2021 general elections.
While appearing on Dembe FM’s ‘Talk N Talk’ show, the NRM mobiliser who suffered a humiliating defeat to Erias Lukwago in 2016, confirmed that is he going to be on the ballot again.
He said he is well prepared to battle Jose Chameleone and the incumbent, Erias Lukwago.
When asked why he decided to compete with Chameleone instead of backing him up, he replied that Chameleone has to do that for him claiming that his intelligence quotient (IQ) is higher than that of the Leone Island boss.

There is what we call IQ that is intelligence quotient and what you can do plus what you have done count a lot and on that basis, we both differ.
