Territorial police in Kisoro has arrested Hafashimana Paskari, 29, after he took matters into his own hands and injected a babe on street in broad daylight.
Yesterday, a clip went viral showing Paskari busy injecting Muhawenimana Colodine Mukamulenzi on roadside as onlookers cheered on.
The police managed to arrest the babe identified as Muhawenimana Colodine Mukamulenzi of Nyakinama sub county kisoro, District yesterday for being a public nuisance.
Today, the territorial police managed to trace Hafashimana Paskari of Migeshi village in Rwaramba parish and arrested him too.
Paskari is a bicycle Boda-boda rider that operates at Travelers Hotel stage in Kisoro municipality.
He was picked together with his bicycle.
