Kamoga Sues Ssuuna Ben Over Defamatory Statements, Here Is How Much He Wants

Hajji Kamoga Muhammad has sued radio presenter and local deejay Ssuuna Ben over defamatory statements made about him over the year.
Through his lawyers Kusingura Tindyembwa and co advocates, he wants him to apologize publicly through social media or pay a certain amount of money.
Ssuuna Ben has been in the public eye for years and has also had his relationships publicly. He dated one of his workmates Mary Nambwayo and the two welcomed their first child together.
Like any other couple who see a future together, it is said that they bought land from Kamoga and started building their dream house together not until last year when the baby mama moved in and it became chaos all at once.

The radio presenter claimed that he bought the land in his money but Kamoga added the baby mama which has been a problem. Although the case is in court, Ssuuna Ben hasn’t stopped calling the land broker a thief.

Now he has sued him for UGX900 million and 10 million in a fine just in case he keeps refusing to apologize to him.
The deejay hasn’t responded to anything and he also said that the day he will rebrand the truth of everything, people will understand of how a good person he is and why people take advantage of him.
