Former events promoter and now state minister Hon Balaam Barugahara has responded to TikToker Pretty Nicole’s accusations.
He said that he wholeheartedly wanted to help her but things out of his control happened and he found himself unable to go ahead with the help.
Balaam has promised to take Pretty Nicole back to school and also go ahead to get her a Canadian Visa so that she can change her life.
That was said three months ago and when the TikToker was recently asked about the promises, she spoke the truth that none of them was achieved.

According to Balaam, Pretty Nicole was denied a Canadian visa and unfortunately he couldn’t do anything about it.
