Eddy kenzo Turns Down 1Billion Deal

Uganda’s first ever BET winner, Edrisa Musuuza aka Eddy Kenzo has reportedly turned down an ambassadorial deal worth $290000 (Approximately UGX 1.03Billion).
Rumour from Buziga indicates that undisclosed European Brewery Company approached Kenzo and offered him an ambassadorial deal worth $290000 but the Big talent CEO turned it down in respect of his religion.
Kenzo says he is a staunch moslem who can’t get involved in promotion of forbidden Khamr (alcohol).
The Quran does not allow moslems to drink or even buy alcohol for others which means that Eddy Kenzo marketing alcohol for the European company would have been a sin.
Kenzo’s snub comes months after the singer persuaded Geosteady to ditch Christianity for Islam taking the name Hassan in the process.
Kenzo is a strong believer and made a pilgrimage to Mecca.
