Digida FM Employees In Tears As Owner Adds Frequency To Another Radio Station Leaving Them Jobless

With technology mushrooming, most media houses are finding it hard to compete and make money hence loses.

As we speak, Ntinda-based Digida FM 106.5 is no more after the owner to add its frequency to his other station, Buddu FM, located in Masaka.

For close to 4-years, Digida FM has been struggling to compete with other stations in Kampala yet the owner was spending a lot on employees and license.

The owner made a bold decision and combined it with Buddu FM. When you tune in, you listen to Buddu FM not Digida.

This leaves some of the employees jobless.
