NRM diehard and Gagamel Phamily Entertainment CEO, Moses Ssali aka Bebe Cool wants the Ministry of Education and Sports to talk to Uganda National Examination Board (UNEB) and organise special S.4 exams for his son, Alpha Thierry Ssali and other six U20 and U17 football players.

Bebe Cool’s son, Alpha was part of the 25-man Uganda Hippos (U20) squad that represented Uganda in the recent concluded U20 African Cup of Nations tournament that took place in Mauritania. The debutants Uganda Hippos team lost to 4-time winners, Ghana 2-0 in the final.

Other players who were supposed to sit for S.4 exams also travelled with U17 team to Morocco to take part in the U17 African Cup of Nations unfortunately the tournament was cancelled due to Covid-19.

Seven players with Bebe Cool’s son inclusive are stranded and risk repeating S.4 if the government doesn’t intervene and prepare special exams for them.

Bebe Cool took to Twitter and shared his disappointment in the government for denying his son and other six players a chance to sit for exams.

“Disappointed with @UGgov that they’ve decided against giving boys who repped Uganda at U-20, U-17 tourneys a second chance of sitting for their S4 final exams. As a father of one of these, I’m pained.”, Bebe Cool Posted on twitter.

Bebe Cool has also called on the Minister of Education, Janet Museveni to look into the issue and call the parents of seven kids and forge the way forward.
